Meditative yoga with variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3-5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Perfect during rest days.

BABY BUMP YOGA

Gentle stretching poses prepare you for labor while strengthening poses provided necessary stamina. Yoga may also help alleviate many discomforts of pregnancy.
